These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and fbaee ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at fbaee.io ("the Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using the Platform in any manner, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform and close any existing account. Continued use of the Platform following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version. 5. You have not previously had an account closed or terminated by fbaee for breach of these Terms.

The Company reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Where a player is found to have misrepresented their age or eligibility, the Company will close the account, void any outstanding bets or wagers, and return deposits (net of any withdrawals already made) at its sole discretion. Bonus funds and winnings derived from ineligible play are not returnable.

3.1 Registration

To access the full functionality of the fbaee Platform, you must complete the registration process and create a player account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information throughout the lifetime of your account.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the Platform. Creating or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or using different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, the Company reserves the right to suspend all associated accounts, void pending bets, forfeit bonus balances, and withhold any winnings derived from duplicate account activity.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. The Company will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify fbaee support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

fbaee is committed to preventing fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. As part of this commitment, the Company may at any time request that you submit identity verification documentation, including a government-issued photo identification (National ID card, passport, or driving licence), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

fbaee accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) through the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

4.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Maximum deposit limits per transaction and per day may apply and will be displayed at the point of deposit. Players may also set their own deposit limits through the Responsible Gaming section of their account dashboard, and such self-imposed limits will be honoured by the Platform.

4.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to successful KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Most withdrawals to bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are processed within one hour of approval during normal operating hours. Withdrawals to bank accounts may take up to three business days. The Company reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal request.

4.4 Player Funds

All player funds held on the Platform are maintained separately from the Company's operating funds. The Company does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which the Company accepts no responsibility.

4.5 Prohibited Payment Sources

Deposits must be made from payment accounts held in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts, anonymous payment sources, or accounts that cannot be verified as belonging to the registered player are strictly prohibited. The Company reserves the right to reverse any deposit made from an unverified or prohibited source and to hold associated funds pending investigation.

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

All such offers are subject to specific terms published at the time of the promotion, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts applicable to bonus-derived winnings. In the event of any conflict between the general Terms set out here and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion's terms, bonus funds credited to your account must be wagered a minimum number of times before any withdrawal of bonus or bonus-derived winnings may be requested. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated for each offer. Certain game types (including, but not limited to, certain live dealer tables, progressive jackpot slots, and sports betting markets) may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all towards wagering requirements.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

The Company reserves the right to void bonus funds and associated winnings, and to close accounts, where evidence of bonus abuse is identified. 5.4 Promotional Eligibility

The Company reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotion at its sole discretion, including where the Company has reason to believe that a player's participation is not in the spirit of the offer. Unauthorised use of Platform content may give rise to a claim for damages and may constitute a criminal offence.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses, regardless of whether such losses were foreseeable or the Company had been advised of the possibility of such losses.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Company makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or freedom from errors. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform, for which the Company accepts no liability.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude the Company's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

11.1 Termination by the Player

You may close your fbaee account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (excluding bonus funds not yet released) will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

11.2 Termination by fbaee

The Company reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if it determines that you have breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or prohibited conduct, or if the Company is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory requirement. In cases of verified fraud or material breach, the Company may withhold all balances pending investigation and may refer the matter to the relevant authorities.

11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your account, all rights and licences granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease. Sections relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law shall survive any termination of these Terms.

The Company reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Platform following publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before initiating any formal proceedings. The Company values its relationship with every player and is committed to reaching fair outcomes wherever possible.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking emergency injunctive or other equitable relief in respect of any actual or threatened breach of intellectual property rights or confidentiality obligations.
